You can find all information regarding voucher transfer on the voucher itself. A voucher can only be transferred to another person by paying the difference up to the on-site ticket price. The original ticket holder does not need to be present during the transfer. Only the voucher needs to be with the new ticket holder.

The VIP ticket includes:

• access to the VIP areas at the B Stage and MY Stage
• separate VIP dancefloors at both stages

Confirmation vouchers can only be exchanged for wristbands at the festival entrance during the festival period, at the entrance marked “Voucher”.

The age limit for B my Lake Festival 2026 is 16 years. Visitors under the age of 16 are not allowed to attend the event.

As a rule, tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged. In a force majeure situation, such as event cancellation, a full refund is possible, minus a 3% handling fee. For more information on what qualifies as force majeure, please refer to the Terms and Conditions. Since vouchers are not personalized, you can give your ticket to someone else or sell it on Ticketswap.

If your online purchase was unsuccessful, please check the following:

• whether your bank card is enabled for online transactions
• whether online payment is not disabled on your card
• whether you have sufficient funds on your card
• whether your daily transaction limit is set properly
• whether your bank card has expired

The following steps may also help:

• Try the payment again and double-check that all information was entered correctly. Many failed purchases happen simply because of a typo.
• If there is a transaction error, try paying with another bank card or use a different browser or device.

You should receive your confirmation email within 24 hours after purchase.

If it still has not arrived after that, please follow these steps:

• Check your SPAM folder or other secondary folders. Your ticket will be sent from ticket@deadcode.hu.
• If you may have entered your email address incorrectly during purchase, please write to info@deadcode.hu.

Your wristband allows multiple entries and exits. Wristband validity will be checked at the entry points.

At the festival, you can pay quickly and conveniently without cash, using your bank card or the Festipay cashless payment system.

Velence is easily accessible from all parts of the country, including by public transport. The train station is relatively close, and long-distance buses are also available. We will soon provide more detailed travel information in a separate menu section. Until then, please check the current timetables, as there are plenty of travel options available.

Camping tickets must be purchased separately. Festival entry tickets do not include camping access. Camping tickets are charged per person. You can purchase either a camping pass or daily camping tickets, and camping fees apply regardless of how many festival days you attend. Important: You may only stay in the campsite with a valid B my Lake day ticket or pass. If your day ticket is only valid for the previous day, you must leave the campsite by 3:00 PM the following day.

Alcoholic beverages are not allowed in any quantity on the event site. Any such items must be handed over to the security staff at the entrance. It is forbidden to bring glass objects, striking or cutting tools, or any item that may endanger the physical safety of others into the event area. According to applicable laws, you may not carry any item considered especially dangerous to public safety, such as knives with blades longer than 8 cm, switchblades, gas spray, leaded batons, and similar items. Possession of such items qualifies as an offense.

You may not bring alcoholic beverages into the festival. In the event of an official heat alert ordered by the public health authority, you may bring mineral water, soft drinks, and energy drinks in quantities appropriate for personal needs. Otherwise, you may bring one PET bottle with a maximum capacity of 2.5 liters containing water or a soft drink, but not an energy drink. Food or tobacco products may not be brought in in commercial quantities. In the case of food, commercial quantity means any amount exceeding what is reasonably necessary for personal consumption. In the case of tobacco products, commercial quantity means more than 2 cartons (20 packs) of cigarettes, more than 10 packs of cigarillos, or more than 10 cigars regardless of size.
