The refund-system is still being developed and tested.

We would like to thank you all for your patience and support!

The process is scheduled to finish at the end of August, so from the beginning of September you can choose from the following options on our website:

1. Transfer this year’s tickets to 2021 and further support our work. In case of daily tickets, you’ll have the option to pick your preferred day, once a daily schedule is available.
2. Claim a refund, which is only possible via bank transfer. Cash claims are not possible.
