We will definitively refund the ticket for the event, which have not been redeemed yet, by the repayment of the purchase price of the respective tickets.

How and when will I receive the purchase price of my ticket(s)?

Those who have purchased the ticket through the webpage my bmylake.hu, will receive the refund of purchase price automatically to the payment tool used for the payment of the purchase price originally. If the bank account belonging to the original payment tool is not active for more than 2 years, please contact our helpdesk: info@bmylake.hu.

How much and when will be refunded?

According to the Refund Policy, only the purchase price of the ticket will be refunded. The refund process will be launched as soon as possible, so, depending on the operation of the bank, the amount may be credited to your bank account within 30 days.

• by using the code, you can purchase a ticket until the of 2022 Balaton Sound (July 2, 2022)
